A self-proclaimed “skin geek,” my passion for the aesthetic industry began with an insatiable curiosity about my own skin and how to truly improve it.

After becoming a licensed esthetician, my approach quickly evolved toward holistic, results-driven methods. I felt a strong need to offer clients tools that were safe for all skin types, yet still capable of delivering visible, meaningful transformation. Micro-needling and advanced botanical skincare became a natural answer.

At the time, I was working full-time in my own esthetic practice, Herbal Skin Solutions at Wellness in the Park, as well as in an integrative medicine clinic. Between clients, I would reach out to professional skincare companies to place product orders, only to be met with limited support when asking detailed questions about protocols, ingredients, and skin compatibility.

That experience made something very clear. There was a gap in our industry for education, transparency, and true professional support. I felt called to help raise that standard by creating a company that combined botanically active formulations with modern skincare technology, offering results-driven, cost-effective solutions developed with the perspective of working estheticians.

Alongside a network of cosmetic chemists and industry scientists, Herbal Skin Solutions was built to bridge that gap, bringing together formulation intelligence and real-world clinical understanding.

From that vision, The Esthetics Academy was also born, creating a space for ongoing education and professional development so estheticians can feel confident, supported, and equipped to deliver consistent, long-term results for their clients.

As today’s clients become more educated and their expectations continue to rise, Herbal Skin Solutions exists to support professionals in meeting that demand with clarity, integrity, and advanced, effective skincare solutions.

We prioritize responsibly and ethically sourced ingredients, working only with partners who uphold strict environmental standards, and we extend that same intention into our packaging, which incorporates upcycled materials and recyclable components wherever possible, with 80% of packaging raw materials certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. To further account for our impact, we offset our annual carbon emissions through Terrapass, covering production, sourcing, travel, and global distribution.

Over the years, we have supported a range of causes close to our mission, from efforts to combat human trafficking to initiatives focused on protecting the Amazon Rainforest, including both conservation work and post-fire restoration.
