Multi-Peptide + Mushroom Eye Serum

- In a clinical study involving 20 female volunteers ages 40 to 60 who applied a gel containing 3 percent concentration of a unique blend consisting of key ingredients Dipeptide-2 and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, twice daily for 56 days, experienced significant reductions in under-eye bag thickness and volume. Additionally, 65 percent of participants experienced a reduction in under-eye bag volume by Day 28, increasing to 70 percent by Day 56, highlighting the efficacy of this peptide blend in reducing the appearance of under-eye puffiness.
- Self-evaluation from the same participant group further demonstrated the benefits of the product, with 62 percent reporting smoother eye contours, 52 percent observing a reduction in under-eye bags, and 52 percent noting a decongestant effect. These findings indicate strong user satisfaction of perceived improvement in under-eye skin condition.
- In another clinical study, 22 female volunteers applied a gel containing 2 percent concentration of a blend consisting of Chrysin, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, and Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, to one eye and a placebo to the other for 56 days. Color analysis revealed a 12.5 percent reduction in red pigmentation and a 10 percent increase in blue pigmentation, both statistically significant improvements. This led to a 19 percent overall improvement in the appearance of dark circles. Additionally, 72 percent of participants observed an improvement in dark circle appearance, with 63 percent noting a reduction in color intensity, underscoring the overall formulaic efficacy in targeting dark circles.
- In vitro tests demonstrated that the N-hydroxysuccinimide in the peptide blend’s ability to bind and solubilize iron, aided in the removal of iron deposits contributing to eye skin pigmentation as well as exhibited powerful anti-inflammatory effects comparable to aspirin, as it significantly reduced PGE2 release from keratinocytes and fibroblasts after UVB exposure.
- Clinical evaluation of our Eye Serum’s tri-active blend revealed that a 3 percent concentration reduced UV-induced IL-6 production by 33 percent, indicating anti-inflammatory effects.
